At Sawariyasaaj, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality sarees with a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted if:
- The blouse has been detached or stitched
- The saree has stains, perfume smell, or any damage
- The item is a clearance/discounted product (if applicable)
2. Return Process
- Customers must notify us via Call or WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving the product.
- After approval, a return pickup will be arranged.
- If pickup is not available in your area, customer must self-courier the product.
3. Courier Charges Deduction
For all returns, the return courier charges will be deducted from your refund amount. If self-courier is required, the courier fee paid by the customer will not be refunded.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund is initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 4–7 working days.
